Privacy Policy

This policy explains how WPD Marketing (“WPD”, “we”, “us”) handles personal data when you visit our corporate websites at wpdmarketing.com and wpdmarketing.ro.

1. Scope of this policy

This policy applies only to our corporate presentation site. Our consumer coupon platforms — Cuponeria.ro, Kuponeria.hu, Cuponeria.bg, Cuponeria.it, MrCashback.ro and CyberMonday.ro — are separate services, each with its own privacy policy and cookie consent. Nothing here changes those.

2. What we collect here

This is a static informational site. We do not run advertising or analytics on it, we do not profile visitors, and there is no account to create. In practice we only process personal data in two situations:

• When you email us (hello@, partners@ or jobs@wpdmarketing.ro): the address you write from, your name if you provide it, and the content of your message.
• When you apply for a role: the contact details, CV and any information you choose to send us so we can assess your application.

Our web server also keeps standard technical logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamp) for a short period, to keep the site running and secure.

3. Third parties

To render, the site loads the open-source React library from a public code CDN (unpkg / Cloudflare). Your browser’s IP address is visible to that CDN as a technical necessity of requesting the file. Fonts are served from our own server — we do not use a font CDN. We do not sell or share your data with advertisers.

4. Why we’re allowed to (legal basis)

Under the GDPR, we rely on our legitimate interest in operating and securing the site and in responding to the enquiries and applications you send us. Where the law requires consent (for example, if we ever add analytics cookies), we will ask for it first.

5. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting relationship. Job applications are kept for the duration of the recruitment process and for a limited period afterwards, then deleted, unless you agree to us keeping them for future openings.

6. Your rights

If the GDPR applies to you, you can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, or receive it in a portable format. You can also withdraw any consent at any time and lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority — in Romania, the ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro). 7. Changes

We may update this policy as the site or our practices change. The “last updated” date above always reflects the current version.
